Attorney Jeffrey Lewis Gold graduated Magna Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa from the University of California at Berkley. Following graduation, he went on to attend the Hastings College of the Law in San Francisco where he graduated with his law degree in 1983. During his time spent as a lawyer, Mr. Gold served as a Los Angeles Deputy District Attorney and has also spent time as a member of such associations as the National College for DUI Defense, as well as the Los Angeles and the Orange County Bar Associations. He continues to provide comprehensive legal aid to his clients in all aspects of DUI defense - from the initial arrest to questions relating to expungement.

After graduated from England's University of Warwick, attorney Nigel Roy Witham went on to create an exceptional career both in England and then later in the United States. In his first twenty years of practice alone, Mr. Witham has tried over a hundred criminal cases and had gained a reputation as a trustworthy advocate for the rights of his clients. As a member of the Orange County and British American Bar Associations, as well as the National College for DUI Defense, he has shown a comprehensive understanding and participation in the legal community.

Henry Greenberg brings twenty five years of experience in helping our lawyers deal with evidence relating to urine, blood and breath tests. As a Forensic Criminalist, Toxicologist and State-Certified Forensic Alcohol Supervisor, he has spent time dealing with these types of cases from every angle - including time spent working at the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Crime Laboratory. Mr. Greenbery has vast experience in serving as an expert witness and has been involved in over 2400 DUI cases.

With over fifteen years spent in private practice, Dr. Welanetz serves as an independent consultant to our firm in helping deal with all psychological circumstances in cases.
