Retained and court-qualified as an expert witness in criminal litigation before Courts in California, Arizona and Nevada and at Administrative Hearings before California's Department of Motor Vehicles. Director and owner of Forensic Analytical Consultants, a California licensed forensic alcohol laboratory and consulting service, performing independent analyses of approximately 5,000 blood and urine samples.
	Forensic Alcohol Supervisor, re-certified 1987;
	NHTSA certification in Field Sobriety Testing theory, administration and analysis;
	Drug Alcohol Recognition Training Program (D.A.R.T.); and
	Intoximeter Factory Training, July 2000, in theory, operation and repair of Alco-Sensor/RBT and EC/IR breath testing devices.
